Description

Two day Innovation Workshop: Day 1 (7th March), Day 2 (21st March)

The door is open for fresh ideas and new ways of doing things in health and wellbeing. Delivered as part of Lancaster University's Health Innovation Campus this two day workshop is for small and medium-sized businesses who want to explore opportunities in health.

The workshop will give leaders of local SMEs a framework to develop innovative products and services using the Design Thinking model. This approach has successfully been used across different sectors to rethink solutions to complex challenges. The approach goes beyond modifying existing product features. Instead it focuses on creating real solutions from a whole new perspective - putting the person at the centre.

As well we learning how to use the Design Thinking process for your own business, you will put it into practice as a group, working to develop an innovative solution to a local health challenge.

Over two days be inspired, motivated, and challenged to think differently.
